FDR Park Event

We are looking for someone in our community is interested in running some tables for the Girl Scouts Fall Event 2007.  This would make a great silver award project for your troop or gold award leadership for one of your girls.

Girl Scout House Upkeep

We could use help with the upkeep of the Girl Scout House. BK Munguia needs help and is ready to help any troop that is interested in maintaining the house and its grounds during the school year and summer for us.  If you and your troop are interested please contact BK(Beeks58@aol.com) and let Mary Blumenthal-Lane (momlane@earthlink.net) know.

Weinberg Nature Center

The Weinberg Nature Center is looking for troops as well as individual Scouts who can volunteer some time.  They are especially interested in help clearing and marking trails and other eco-friendly projects.  Please contact Sofia Qureshi who is a member of the Weinberg Board and on staff as well.  Her numbers are 372-1035 or 722-1289.  Her e-mail address is squreshi@scarsdale.com.

St. Joseph Indian School
